while attending photo native, a photo conference in palm springs, I was able to take a workshop with the talented haley nord.
we went to twentypalms, a small town outside of joshua tree — and did a shoot with sierra and cam, a newly engaged couple and friends of haley’s.
even though this elopement was set up for us to practice new skills and get the opportunity to work with different vendors in a beautiful place — sierra was crying out of the beauty of it all and her love for cam — which had us all tearing up too!
we began at the airbnb, joshua tree lookout tower, and went outside for the sunset desert elopement. the lookout tower was down a long dirt road and had all the rustic vibes, and felt nice to be outside of joshua tree in a more quiet setting.
although I’m based on the hawaiian islands, I love to travel. next up is a 3-month roadtrip this summer with my rescue pup. I’m available for elopements, family, maternity, engagement and more around the west coast!
